PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (Radana) received credit facilities from 9 banks through a syndicated loan scheme of IDR 750 billion, signed on April 3, 2023. Permata Bank acts as Mandated Lead Arranger & Bookrunner with nine banks participating in the Syndicated Loan. Participants' are Permata Bank, Bank Woori, Bank Papua, Bank Sulselbar, Bank Maspion, Bank KB Bukopin, Bank Jatim, Bank Mayapada, and Bank CTBC Indonesia. The credit facility will take specifically for Asset Based Financing (ABF) products.
The sales strategy for ABF products will focus on the Dealer Approach and Key Account Approach. Radana will conduct broader financing and plans to open new market shares to gain the Investment Financing segment. Director of Radana, Rizalsyah Riezky, stated that credit facilities from syndicated loans will be disbursed to customers in several sectors, such as mining, construction, agro, and others.
Despite the increasingly fierce competition, Radana's financial performance continues to grow in line with the growth of the multi-finance industry by recording revenues that grew 29% YoY and net profit that grew 26% YoY.
