Corporate Secretary

Hanindya Aryoputro, an Indonesian citizen, currently serves as the Corporate Secretary of PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 044/HCD-RBF/SK/VI/2026 dated 2 June 2026.

He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in Economic and Business Law major from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He also pursued postgraduate studies in Notarial Law at University of Surabaya.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in corporate law, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and credit functions, he began his career in the banking industry in 2010 with PT Bank UOB Indonesia and PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia. He subsequently held various strategic positions in legal and corporate governance functions across the financial services industry. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Legal Manager and Head of Corporate Secretary within Reliance Group, where he oversaw legal, governance, and compliance matters across a diversified financial services portfolio, including financing companies, securities firms, investment management companies, insurance businesses, and financial technology enterprises.

Throughout his professional career, he has been actively involved in numerous strategic initiatives, including bond and medium-term note issuances, corporate actions, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence projects, corporate governance enhancement programs, and the strengthening of compliance and risk management frameworks.

As Corporate Secretary of PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk, he is responsible for overseeing the Company's corporate secretarial function, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, promoting the implementation of good corporate governance principles, and providing legal and governance support to the Company's business operations and strategic initiatives.
